Joan (Siobhan) Scully Gannon, March 12, 1955 – February 24, 2013

Joan (Siobhan) Scully Gannon, 57, of Warwick, NY, formerly of Mahwah, NJ, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family and friends, on February 24, 2013 at St. Anthony Community Hospital in Warwick, following a short illness. The daughter of Josephine Scully and the late Michael Scully, Joan was born on March 12, 1955.
During her life, Joanie was very active with the Girl Scouts of America, Cub Scouts of America, PMS Club, as well as the Holly Trail of Warwick. While living in Warwick, Joanie was employed by Corwin’s Florist and most recently as a Patient Care Coordinator at Galloway Dental.
Survivors include her husband, Sean Gannon, at home; loving and devoted sons: Kieran and Aodhan Gannon, also at home; sister, Kathleen Scully and her partner, Fred Hatem of Vernon, NJ; sisters-in-law: Annie Scully, Mary Gannon, and Holly Ford, as well as her nieces: Amanda Scully, Kelly Ford, and nephew, Patrick Ford. She was also predeceased by her brother, John Scully.
Relatives and friends were invited to express condolences on Saturday, March 2nd, from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Warwick Conference Center- Mulder Chapel, 62 Warwick Center Road, Warwick, NY 10990. Casual attire requested to promote comfort, which Joan would have desired for all.
