Mr. Melvyn Perlman of Monticello, NY passed away on Wednesday, August 26, 2020 at the Catskill Regional Medical Center in Harris. He was 78. The son of the late Samuel and Shirley Silberman Perlman, Melvyn was born on May 5, 1942 in Brooklyn.
