We just found out today when admiring the beautiful main circulation desk at Newtown Library, seeing the plaque on it that notes his creation of it. Thats when we were given the news. Herman and I are deeply saddened by this. He was a spirited, smart, a lover of jazz music, a super Earth loving, organic food growing meister, as well as serious Master carpenter.
