Mrs. Ruby Chin, a resident of Jeffersonville, NY passed away on Friday, May 17, 2022, at the Jeffersonville Adult Home. She was 71. She leaves behind her husband, John Kelly.

A private graveside service will take place on Monday, June 6, 2022, at the Liberty Cemetery, Cemetery Road, Liberty, NY.
