Mr. Russell Frank, a Rockland County, NY resident passed away on Tuesday, October 24, 2023 at the Joe Raso Hospice Residence. He was 71. The son of the late William and Margaret Finn Frank, Russell was born on January 20, 1952 in Mount Vernon, NY.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 2, 2023 from 10:00am to 11:00am at the Sniffen-Sagala Funeral Home, 235 Route 59, Spring Valley, NY 10977. A funeral service will take place at 11:00am at the funeral home. Burial will immediately follow at the Letchworth Village Cemetery, Letchworth Village Cemetery, 119 (123 for GPS) Thiells-Mt. Ivy Road, Haverstraw, NY.
