Mr. Raymond Arthur Hicks, a retired educator in the State of California and resident of Greenwood Lake, NY passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, April 11, 2024, at the St. Anthony Community Hospital in Warwick. He was 83. The son of the late Norris and Jeanne Forgette Hicks, Raymond was born on February 19, 1941 in Ticonderoga, NY.
